German Belligerance

If my understanding of the system is correct. Germany has a belligerence when it's at war and the longer it stays at war the more belligerence it earns.

So my question is, how high of a belligerence level would I have to make sure Germany has to force America to go to war with it?

Well, I don't recall exactly but when you're close to 100 normally the USA DOW you.

When your're above 100, even 100% democratic and isolationist nations can DOW on Germany and Latin American minors will start to declare war.
