I use character creator to make player A with the traits genius fair strong, and base stats 23 in all 5.

He starts married to woman B, I use the console command to give woman B genius strong and fair, and 23 in all 5 base stats.

1. Am I correct in assuming the child will have a higher chance at genius strong and fair since both parents have it

2. I assume the genes from the woman will not pass on since her DNA has her base stats at what it was before the console edited them correct?

3. I am playing shattered world, and I am playing king of Brittany and I inherent the holy roman empire, my kingdom had full power to ruler and the HRE has full power to council. I am unable to edit or look at my brittany council/ruler and obligations tab. Lets say I rule for 40 years, and I keep it for a generation or two, when I lose the HRE will my kingdom have the same laws at had or will it change to what the HRE is when I lost that title

1. Yes, but it's still not certain. All heritable traits have a certain chance to be inherited, in the case of genius etc its set to around 15%. If both parents are genius then each child will have a 15% to inherit the trait, the chance to NOT inherit from EITHER parent is thus around 72% (85% times 85%). Every child gets this chance so the chance to have AT LEAST ONE child with genius is more than 50% for two or more kids, but of course none of this ever means that it will be certain. Sometimes RNGesus just hates you.

2. Base attribute is checked at conception (I think) which means that if she has 23 "Base" stat then that is what will be checked for the child.

3. Since you seem to be okay with consoling simply grant the title to Brittany to a random character then swap to play that character. After you've checked you can go back to your old save and play on as if none of that ever happened, although you should now have your answer.
