This could apply to both CK2 and CK3, if CK3 has this same dynamic, but I found a logic flaw for loyalty dropping from what should be a "servant" attitude for life, not just for the life of the current player-character leader.
"Request Chinese Physician" is the best example. You spend hard-earned Grace to the Chinese Empire in charge, to gain their Boons, and when a Chinese Physician is requested, initially there is a Loyalty boost for the "life" of the Chinese Physician (it is a 100-year length boost, appearing generational), but does not remain so. When you see the type - it is termed a "Servant" type of Loyalty. Problem is, if the current leader dies, and your successor takes over, it wipes out this loyalty boost.
I think this should be changed, so that this boost remains tagged to any successor in your realm, and that Chinese Physician remains loyal to any/all leaders due to being in a "Loyal Servant" mode to the going regime, not to the specific person. This would also make sense and be logical from the diplomatic ways that Chinese Empires worked - they termed deals that were generational, in fact, and not just for a single leader. Even in modern times, beyond their Empires, they maintain 100-year plans! Just a consideration, that the diplomacy with China should come with more generational-lasting perspective, not just single-term leader perspective. This may apply to other areas/aspects of the game, perhaps for other cultures or activities also, where a Generational/successive perspective of a boost in loyalty should be granted instead of only a single-term leader boost.
