I will put my work on tech teams here so the Forum is not flooded with my threads on each and every country.
Costa Rica

United Fruit Company - The Costa Rican branch of that multinational company operating in Central America.
Skill - 2, 1900-1970 - management, mechanics
Abangares Mine - A defunct gold mining company. The exact end year is unclear to me, but I am sure it did not last after 1931. Pic is from the museum of the mine now. Info HERE.
Skill - 1, 1901-1931 - industrial engineering, mechanics, technical efficiency
Ferrocarriles de Costa Rica - Costa Rican Railways. This team as most like it are made of necessity because some countries really don't have institutions, people and companies to represent them as tech teams. Still there is info about the railway network in the country.
Skill - 2, 1901-1970 - technical efficiency, management, mechanics
Universidad de Costa Rica - The oldest educational institution in the country established in 1940. Info HERE. The only team for which I allowed to add 5 specs as I don't know exactly when some of the faculties were established so if you know about that I will appreciate the help and will correct the team.
Skill 2 - 1940-1970 - chemistry, mathematics, medicine, industrial engineering, management

Russian Empire (1914 )
Time for something bigger this time. Some of Russia's teams are terribly inaccurate and others are just for the Soviet Era. I see that on the list there are teams which have 1970 as an end date probably in the event of non-communist Russia being released by someone. So I'll leave the end dates of all teams which continued to exist after WW1 to 1970. As Russian Empire is a major player as usual feel free to suggest, discuss or reject some of my propositions.

Central Research Institute of Shipbuilding Technology - Created in 1939. Removed. Info about it - HERE.
Machine-Building Plant-MZiK - Originally in 1866 as a gun workshop. In 1914 it was renamed to "Petrogradsky" and started producing artillery including large caliber artillery. So rocketry and electronics have to go. Info HERE.
Petrogradsky - skill - 4, artillery, mechanics, technical efficiency, general equipment.
1914 (or 1866) until 1970 (1922 when it was renamed to Kalinin Machine-Building Plant which will appear in my USSR teams list later.
Vaytka Factory Design Bureau - Established in 1938. Removed. Info HERE.
Rubin Marine Engineering - Established in 1938. Before that in 1901 there was a project to develop a submarine in imperial Russia. Long story short the modern submarine design bureau emerged from that but not until 1938 it didn't existed as a separate entity. In order to be accurate I'll create a new submarine team and leave that to the USSR. Info HERE.
Kharkov Locomotive Factory - Everything almost ok here. Created 1896. However specs are not right. The factory built locomotive engines, wagons, steel elements and was among the bigger factories along with Putilovsk Plant. So I'll set skill to 5 - 1896 - 1970. industrial engineering, mechanics, technical efficiency, vehicle engineering.
Info in Russian HERE and HERE.
V.A. Degtyarev Plant - A weapons manufacturing factory built with Danish investment. Produced machine guns and rifles.Info HERE.However Degtyarev came in late 1918 and the plant's history is linked with the USSR. Removed
Saint-Petersburg Naval Academy - Actually Nikolayev Naval Academy in the period 1877 - 1917. Increased skill to 4. Changed naval artillery with naval engineering as this was one of the three original departments of the academy back then. Everything else is the same as I don't have enough basis to change it. Info HERE.
Nikolai Lebedenko - Designer and engineer of the largest WW1 moving vehicle the Tsar Tank. He constructed the tank in 1914, but in the autumn of 1917 he went to America. I don't think that his contribution is big enough to include him as a tech team. Removed. Info HERE.
Baltic Shipyard - Everything fine here. Just changed the name to "Baltiysky Zavod". One of the imperial shipbuilding facilities back then.
Alexei Brusilov - Nothing more to say about him. Everything ok here just removed small unit tactics because of all I read about him he was not commanding small units.
Mikhail Alexeev - Everything ok here, just removed the training spec. as he was a commander, not a training institution nor provided any special training to his men. On the contrary he was a traditionalist.
Nikolay Yudenich - No changes. Just the ending year 1933 when he died.
Moscow Military Academy - From 1910 until 1917 Imperial Nicholas Military Academy which is too long so just Nikolaevskaya Voennaya Akademiya. Did not change the stats.
Moscow Institute of Railway Engineering - No changes. Its full name in 1914 is way too long.
Nicholas General Staff Academy - Removed it because it is a different name for the Nikolaevskaya Voennaya Akademiya.
Nikolai von Essen - No changes.
Alexander Kolchak - Added seamanship, apart form that no changes.
Alexey Kazakov - Actually Alexander Kazakov. Russian fighter pilot. Info HERE. Added skill 6 and individual courage to his stats.
Aleksandr Lyapunov - No changes here.
Vladimir Zvorykin - Despite researching in television I don't think he has to be a team, as he went to the US in 1918 and there did most of his work. Removed. Info HERE.
Zhukovsky Air Force Academy - The academy has nothing to do with this period. Instead replaced with Gatchina aviation school from which Alexander Kazakov graduated. Skill 4, 1901-1918 (as it was renamed and transformed) aeronautics, piloting, training, fighter tactics
Alexander Prokofiev-Seversky - No changes. Info HERE - a good read.
Petr Nesterov - Died in 1914. End of story.
Obukhov Plant - Just transliterated the name to "Obukhovsky Zavod" . Heavy artillery manufacturing plant. Produced naval artillery as well. In 1914 had more than 10 000 workers. Set skill to 6 - mechanics, artillery, technical_efficiency, naval_artillery
Tula Arsenal - Transliterated the name to "Tulsky Oruzheiny Zavod". Much info about this important small arms factory can be found in the internet. Set skill to 5 - 1917 - 1970, artillery, munitions, mechanics, general equipment. Info HERE.
Igor Sikorsky - Plenty of info about him. Removed electronics and artillery from his specs.
Ivan Pavlov - No changes.
Abram Ioffe - No changes.
New Teams

Putilov Plant - Or Putilovsky Zavod was a vehicle production plant, where were produced armored vehicles. Some of those were Renault armored car (Info), Austin armored car and some own designs.
Skill - 4, 1801 - 1970, mechanics, vehicle_engineering, technical_efficiency
Submarine Construction Commission - The above mentioned team of engineers developed the first Russian submarines. Part of the Rubin. The name in Russian will be too long. I decided to make it a separate team as it was specialized in submarine design. Skill 4, 1901- 1970 naval engineering, submarine design, technical efficiency, mechanics
Admiralteysky Verfi - Ot Admiralty Shipyards. Large shipbuilding facilities around St. Petersburg.
...and more than 100 iron ships, including 25 armored warships and 8 cruisers...
Skill 6, 1704 - 1970, naval engineering, naval artillery, technical efficiency, general equipment
Severnaya Verf - Another shipbuilding facility around St. Petersburg somehow part of the Putilov Plants. Built destroyers, submarines and other vessels. Info HERE.
Skill 4, 1912 - 1970 naval engineering, naval artillery, technical efficiency
Kazan Gunpowder Plant - One of the oldest gunpowder factories in Russia. Still exists. Info HERE.
Skill - 5,1788 - 1970, munitions, chemistry, industrial_engineering
Kambarka Engineering Works - Translated to Kambarsky Mashinny Zavod. Large steel manufacturing, later machine elements production.
Barnobel - One of the three major oil companies in Russia operating in Azerbaijan. Info HERE.
Skill - 6 , 1879 - 1970, chemistry, management
Peter the Great Polytechnic Institute -
founded in 1899 as the most advanced engineering school in Russia
. More info HERE. Russia really needed some mechanics and management team, so here it is. Officialy in 1914 its name was Petrograd Peter the Great Polytechnic Institute but that is too long. Skill 6, 1899-1970. management, technical_efficiency, mechanics, industrial engineering
Aviatsiony Zavod Shchetinin - The first aircraft factory in Russia founded by the pilot S. S. Shchetinin. The lead designer was Dmitry Grigorovich. Much info HERE.
Skill 4 ,1910-1970 avionics, aircraft testing, mechanics, fighter design

New Zealand

New Zealand Territorial Force - Since at that time New Zealand did not have any professional military academy I decided to include the Territorial force as a doctrine and infantry team.
These troops, with the territorial reserve, formed the first line; and the second line comprised rifle clubs and training sections. Under the terms of the Act, every male, unless physically unfit, was required to take his share of the defence of the dominion. The Act provided for the gradual military training of every male from the age of 14 to 25, after which he was required to serve in the reserve up to the age of thirty. From the age of 12 to 14, every boy at school performed a certain amount of military training, and, on leaving, was transferred to the senior cadets, with whom he remained, undergoing training, until 18 years of age, when he joined the territorials. After serving in the territorials until 25 (or less if earlier reliefs were recommended), and in the reserve until 30, a discharge was granted; but the man remained liable under the Militia Act to be called up, until he reached the age of 55.

You are doing a great and impressive work. I really hope this will be included in the 1.05 patch.
Is there a slim chance that you will also add releasable and revolter nations in the far future to you list?

Thanks.
About releasable and revolt nations - no problem. I just try to improve what's already done based on the amount of info I can extract after a basic search in google. If things are good - I dig more. Post any suggestions and I'll do my best to help. I really hope that other guys give their opinion or info about nations that I've tried to improve. It will make the end result even better.
Info and good pics of the New Zealand Flying school from 1917 - rare and priceless HERE.
A pic of Canterbury Aviation Company - also R&P. HERE
Pics and file for New Zealand HERE. Couldn't find picture of Sir Atwell Lake. :/
