No, I'm saying these provinces should have the "urban" terrain type that has been introduced in 1.06. Kind of like swamps or mountains, but urban.
I have edited the MDS files to work with the 1.06 patch. Just replace the files you have with these new ones. Please contact me at Buke99@aol.com so I can send the files to those who need them.

Ah yes. Those will obviously all have VP points, but it will be weighted based on its strategic value. While Japan capturing Chicago would be a lot more "valuable" than Guam in WW2, Guam is a far better measure of the war, heh.

Who should I send the files I have to?
I got most of the ministerfiles on my other computer (which is on it's way to get a reinstallation btw). I have a few days off around easter so I guess I could get the FTP up and running again. I was really burning for this mod a few months ago but lost most of my interest when Marty left and everything else seemed to stop.

I know that a lot of interest was lost in the MDS, but I hope that I can commence my work and attempt to rekindle peoples interest in the MDS.

FTP is running again. This time you wont get blocked by a failing router.
Contact me if you know you will be placing files for the MDS and I'll create an account for you.
Hopefully this will solve our file issues once and for all.

Your account were reset with the other ones due to an update on the ftp software that I did. I will send new login passes for you, buke and h345 right now.

You don't have to Lunar. Your account has full permissions (read/write/delete) files and folders.
Ah, I was having troubles and couldn't open it. I got it though.

Hmm odd.
I just logged in with your account and you have full permissions in ftp folder along with it's subdirectories. The FTP folder is the root folder and will not allow you to go beyond.
