Spoiler: Admiral Arturo Riccardi

My name is Arturo Riccardi, born 30th of October 1878 in Pavia.
After being promoted to admiral on the 8th of September 1932, I made it my goal to become... ah... 'the man behind the curtains' if you will.
In 1935 I became Chief of the Regia Marina and while Musolini and the Chief of Staff are.. theoretically, my superiors I have found ways to placate or influence them.
Mussolini may be a charismatic man, but his 'grey goo' is not as well developed and I can easily influence him by pretending it was his idea all along.
As for the Chief of Staff, he seems to be cheating on his wife, and with the head of Intelligence as my friend, I will have all the photos i need for my plans to be approved.

Family is important to me, and I visit Pavia every week if I can.

Spoiler: General Ben

Born in 1899 and joined the military in 1913 served in World war 1 as a foot soldier and improvising commander of his platoon causing him to climb the ranks in the military rather fast, and became general in 1925 after proven very intelligent and a military genius. Having led the defense of Ieper. After the war Ben became more nationalist and wanted to lead the nation himself and so founded the Flemish National Socialist party (FNSP) as he despised the Wallonians very deeply who pretty much controlled the government. in 1930 the part would become very powerful but would not have any power in the government thanks to the allies pressuring the Belgian government. In response general Ben began to develop a hatred for the Imperialist Allies and would start to secretly align to Germany and began receiving equipment in 1935 to fight the corrupt democrats... the government would be couped and Belgium would leave the Allies sphere once and for all...

I won't be makign special units for now, and dunno if the back story is any good haha

Alternative history
A veteran of ww1 commander uhgaki was commissioned by general tojo to weaponize the most fanatic Japanese pilots.
The primary aim of the kamikaze program was to make powerful shock weaponized pilots that would deliver maximum damage possible early on in the war
The enemies of Japan would be horrified at the lengths Japan would go to to win the war and surrender not willing to fight a war that would cause casualty numbers possibility in the millions and traumatize any survivors

I was born in Württemberg in 1891 yada yada you know the rest. I did some cool stuff in Italy during WW1, but that's not important, what is important is now in 1936 I'm living the dream as the Führer's right hand man awwwwww yeaaaah. So what does this mean really? Well, because my Führer is a very impressionable man, it basically means I can tell him whatever I want, and he'll go along with it! Now of course, being the leader and all, I've to abide by his word too, or else I'll lose my job and probably my life (he can also be a bit impulsive, and likes guns, a lot) but it's all good.

I've taken a very broad view of how this great nations military ought to proceed. Firstly like my beloved Kaiser Willy firmly believed, Germany must have a strong Navy. For far too long the British have had the ball to the sea's court and its high time they gave someone else a turn. Naturally, I plan to make this a reality. The Luftwaffe, while useful, will therefore face cutbacks. My best buddy Hartmann was furious when he heard, but quickly calmed down when I assured him we'll still be building Interceptors. I plan to bring him along with me to Afrika when the time comes, excellent pilot, dare I say one of the best.

So where does that leave the Army? Of course as always, the Army comes first. If Italy taught me one thing, its that a few good men can overcome a lot of bad ones (sorry Il Duce, no hard feelings) Therefore, for all this talk of 'Blitzkrieg' being thrown about by the general staff, tanks and trucks are expensive, and thanks to a certain GLOBAL CONFLICT, Germany is flat broke at the moment. We'll heavily invest in Infantry therefore, and make those units the best damn Infantry the world has ever seen!

I am Louis Mountbatten, born on the 25th of June the year of our Lord 1900. I have been appointed Supreme Allied Commander of the newly formed South East Asia Command, created to safeguard against the rising fascist powers in the region. This task force is headquartered in the British Raj and grants me the advantage of being the Viscounts right hand man when it comes to governing the region. I even hear rumours that I will be succeeding the Viscount once he retires.
I aim to reinforce the British Raj into the industrialised bastion of Asia for the allies.

Formed alongside the South East Asia Command to provide an elite and mobile fighting force specialised in the jungle and amphibious nature of the region at the request of Commander Mountbatten. Heavily based upon and trained by their forebears the Royal Marine Commandos, this means they have the pedigree and skill passed down to be a truly competitive fighting force.
