How can I change my inheritance from elective gavelkind to gavelkind as pagan? I do not understand those two rules, how can I change them:
-Government is not tribal
-Is not pagan

You have two options: to stop being tribal you will need to reform your pagan religion and adopt feudalism or you can stop being pagan. If you border an organised religion there is a chance they will send missionaries, if they do allow them to preach and eventually you will get an event to convert. Alternatively try to get some courtiers who follow an organised religion (invite them, kidnap them when raiding etc) and have them educate your heir who will likely flip to their religion.

Having said all that, I would say that elective gavelkind is superior to normal as you get to choose who will be the primary heir, i.e. who your next character will be, under normal gavelkind it is always your eldest son.

Also, if you can take concubines, having a Christian concubine unlocks the decision to convert to Christianity.
No option to convert if your character is Zealous.

I guess I have found a "cheat" option how to become Christian quite fast.
I have started the game as a christian king - sent a priest to convert to my country.
Saved a game - loaded and started the game as a pagan ruler - after 2 years I became Christian.
A little bit tricky but it is working.

You adopt Feudalism There's a decision in the intrigue menu.
Need to be NOT an unreformed pegan (so either Christian, Muslim, or Reformed Pegan)

Anything that's NOT unreformed pagan works--Hindu, Jewish, Manichaean, etc. And AFAIK, the "convert to concubine's religion" trick works with any non-pagan faith.

And note that if you go Muslim, you don't become feudal, you become Iqta, which is broadly similar, but (I think) locks you into the "Open Succession" law.
