How do you make the Dutch give in? As UK, I've maintained a 15-20 point advantage over the Germans, but the political power points just keep stacking up (well over 500 at this point in 1940). I'm starting to think the Germans will have to DoW Netherlands to bring this competition to a conclusion. How does this work?

The dutch need to take the relevant focus, which happens very late and I never saw them join anyone before may 1940.

I just ignore it every game. Germany is never going to spend enough to make them join Axis, and they'll join the Allies when they get invaded by Germany regardless of what you do. It's just a waste of PP except maybe if you're Germany.

If you activated historically foci pick, Netherlands will never Cave to Germany, no matter how much Germany invests. Which makes this minigame completly nonsensical, atleast on historical.
