Gates of Hell Event Chain

Is the coding on this event chain bugged or was I just very unlucky.

I got through to the gates of hell event in the chain where you can pray, fill it up with stones, or kill your heir. It looked like it was 90% success for both the less drastic option but I failled 20 times in a row...

Reading the event in legends events i can't see anything obviously broken. It's meant to be a 90% chance of success right, well I failled for a year straight, would suggest that something is amiss.

No sorry it was just on an auto save and got overwritten.

Others seem to report no problems with the event and I haven't had it again so I don't know if it is at all reproducable.

Edit: This was with 1.03b or whatever the latest patch is though.

I had this problem while playing the demo. Was hoping it had been fixed. Haven't come across the event at all in the full version though.

I was not able to reproduce it. It worked with the stones on the first try.
