is it possible to change garrisons so they move around like other units or can they only strategical redeploy????

Well, there's that, of course. But it's no longer "modding", more like "hacking the .exe" as it requires hard-coded changes.

One you can do easily and legally distribute your work the other is very difficult and it is illegal to distribute your work

But there are no time limit patches. I think as long as you only distribute a patcher and not the modified exe.

well going into the exe. is a lil beyond my ability so i will just come up with something else
