Gamma setting in Video options doesn't seem to do anything

The Gamma slider under Video options doesn't seem to change anything.

The initial loading screens and opening screen (Singleplayer Game, Multiplayer Game, etc) look fine, but once you go into Singleplayer (actual 3D rendering I assume) the map/characters/everything darkens a bit.

I can set the Gamma slider all the way up or down, but once going into Singleplayer game selection the screen darkens a bit and that's it.

I find the same thing, so I suspect this is either a bug or simply doesn't apply to Macs.

Does changing your screen brightness help at all?
