Games refuse to synch

Can someone please help with this. Im just trying to access a forum page for a mod and it wont even let me because this dumb site keeps telling me to sync my games. Iv tried it like 7 times in the last 2 hours. Iv already linked my account to steam. If anyone can suggest a fix for this it would be much appreciated.

and hit Sync Owned Items?

yes I have, and Iv waited for over an hour with nothing happening. The only game I own thats from paradox is crusader kings 2 and I have it on steam, but it refuses to show up for me

Okay the problem is fixed now, it just showed up randomly

Sync'ing sometimes takes a while.
