Games cancled - has stopped working

Hi guys,

i just bought the game yesterday. Now i want to play this game but it cancled all time. I starting a new game and 5 sec later a box alert appears with the message cities.exe has stopped working. Any idea ? i tried to play this game in offline mode on steam but it doesnt work. I dont find an log.txt data or logging object to solve the problem.

do you know your computer's specs? That would be a good place to start. If not you can find it by typing dxdiag in your search bar if you are using windows. Someone more knowledgeable than me will know where your log dumps to.

My Specs are :

Windows 10 Pro
CPU : Intel Core i5-3570k
Graphics Card : NVidea GeForce Gtx 650 ti
Samsung Pro SSD 250 gb
8gb Ram

on my Laptop it works really well but not on my local pc
