Serial key from GG doesn't work for Paradox forum registration of game??

Need 6 sets of letters for forum, only have 4 sets in serial whats up with this.

Well it's up now, or was 20 minutes ago on this forum, maybe it's just getting coded now though because that webpage was down for a while. Thanks Mistbite, never had a bad experiance with GG, even when Stalker 2 (Or w/e it's actual name was) didn't work on my PC you guys refunded. <3.

I can confirm that issue: Entering the 4 sets of letters we do have doesn't work either.

Same here, my serial from GamersGate doesn't fit the space given so it isn't accepted.

The register page now says:

If your key is less than 24 characters long, please add as many X as needed at the end of the key. If your key is longer than 24 characters just skip the characters at the end.

It still doesn't work, though.
