Gamers Gate Order?!

Hello,

On February 6, 2009 I ordered Crusader Kings: Dues Vault, Victoria: Revolutions and Europa Universalis: Rome Vae Victis, from Gamers Gate to be mailed to me. I have yet to receive the game and am getting worried.

It took a while for me to get my copy of Europa Universalis: Rome Collectors edition so I was going to contact the support on Gamers Gate website but it's down. Or at least the website is down for me.

Anyway..., can someone please tell me if there is some way I can track my order from Gamers Gate or perhaps put me in contact with someone from Gamers Gate who can help me.

GamersGate doesn't mail games, they are a digital download service. Once you have purchased the games go to the 'My Games' page to download them.

EDIT--The GamersGate site seems to be having problems at the moment though.

Thank you very much for your replies. I moved my question to the Gamers Gate forum, thanks for the link.

When I purchased the game they had an option for the game, game plus digital download or just digital download. I purchased the game and selected the delivery option. I want the box and manual ....

EDIT-By the way the web page is back up and working ....

EDIT- sbr, I must have been confusing my game orders as the games I ordered are digital download only. Now don't I feel silly.
