They're both pretty good too. The city lights is pretty nice, reminds me somewhat of Simcity 4. So goes Glow of the Metropolis.

I like It's Rush Hour, it's enthusiastic like Now we're moving

This music list is pretty good, more songs than the last game had. Hopefully the game will continue to be supported a lot way after release, sort of like CiM 1 but not just new vehicles and maps (e.g. new station types, vehicle types, music, building/map themes (e.g. East Asian/North American/Mediterranean etc), new gameplay additions (e.g. expansion packs) etc).
