I've been experiencing a rather queer bug that I've never encountered before. When I try to open the game, my screen blacks out completely and then a turquoise monitor prompt appears that states that my vertical and horizontal frequency are out of range. What could possibly be causing this?

Is the game resolution set to one your monitor can support? Or the Refresh Rate?
