I've tried uninstalling and verifying cache, and every time I load up it is stuck at 1.092. Help?

Go to the Steam Games library, right click on Crusader Kings II and go to properties. Then go to the BETAS tab and make sure you're opted out of all betas (NONE - Opt out of all betas).
If the game does not automatically update itself, verify the integrity of the gamecache:
* Go to your Steam games library
* Right click on "Crusader Kings II" and select "properties"
* Click on the tab "Local Files"
* Now click on "Verify integrity of game cache"
* Wait until this process is finished, if any files are missing/corrupted it will notify you at the end of the process and automatically start with re-downloading these files

I figured it out last night: It was the Beta "Opt-in" thing, and a janky settings.txt file. Changing the opt-in and deleting the .txt file seemed to solve the issue. Thanks for the help.
