Game won't start

So I just got a new computer, installed Steam, and installed CK2, and I get the following error message:

CK2game.exe - System Error
The program can't start because d3dx9_41.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.


I reinstalled the game; didn't work. I reinstalled steam and the game; didn't work. What do I do?

Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\crusader kings ii\DX\ and run dxsetup.exe

Thanks. It actually worked once I downloaded EU4 too. Weird. But thanks for the response.
