Game Wont Start on neither Steam nor epic games

My game, i have tried to run the game on steam and it never started. It is the base game with no mods and it wont run. I tried the same thing wiht epic games and it was giving me the same result. i ran cities.exe from windows explorer and it gave me:

I am running version 1.16.0-f4 from cities.exe.

Please help, ive tried everything.

There's no error in that log. The game only generates one ouput log at a time, so the file you find there is from the last time you played it.

Nonetheless, try the steps on this thread and see if it works for you

It works with mods too as far as I know

So i exited the game and the same error on steam that says that the game is still running until i end task steam.
