I was playing CK2 last night and everything was fine. I get up today and the game won't launch after I click play on the DLC/Mod screen. I haven't downloaded the new DLC or anything. I have no clue why this won't work.

Indeed, make sure you have no mods enabled unless you are sure they are already adapted to the new patch.
