Game wont launch plz help

I bought off of steam and when i try and launch it this is what happens.

Seems to me like you wanted to start the game windowed, then you must reduce your desktop resolution from 32-bit to 16-bit, then it should work. Fullscreen works with normal 32-bit resolution, only windowed needs 16-bit
