Hey,

Just reading the new review that Johan gave a link to.

Besides spending a wealth of time managing your own little slice of the world, the intelligent A.I. will counter many of your own moves, and those of your neighbors, not unlike in the actual period years ago. Don’t fret too much if all this seems too much, as you get up to 3 advisors critiquing your moves, giving suggestions on the next best course of action and so on. I can’t tell you how many times I was a bit lost and fell back on my team of sages to lead the way.

Is this true? Advisors actually advise! It wasn't in the demo so I wasn't sure. But sounds really cool.

It is a bad review (As in no basis in reality). It may be the reviewer was just confused.

However, while advisors affect your country and scope, they do not 'advise' as the reviewer states. And as the original poster states, there is already a thread for this.. (linky) here.

I've come to expect it - I think MrT just watches me and what threads I post on. He's like the ever persistent soul of the forum - waiting for my bad posts, or some such thing ;-)
