Game unplayable due to stuttering. Video in description

When I pause the game as seen in the video there is no stuttering at all but when I put it up to max speed the game stutters so bad I can't play it. This is an issue that appeared after Horse lords DLC. I have tried turning trees off to no effect.

There is no solution mate. I have the exact same problem for a long time. The game itself is broken. The game engine is so obsolete that it cant run without lag, even if you have great pc specs. The last time the game was smooth for me was during patch 2.0.4.
