Game Unable to Patch at ALL!!

I installed HoI2-DD using the default settings and when I wanted to patch it, the patch file says that "Doomsday is not installed on your computer. Please install the game before installing the update. The installer will now exit!". Is there anything I can do to patch my game? The game's installation folder is C:\Program Files\Paradox Interactive\HEARTS OF IRON II.

My System:

Intel Pentium 4 3.0GHz
2GB RAM
140GB HDD
nVIDIA GeForce 6600 PCI Express Graphics
DirectX 9.0C

I guess you have to ask the Mex fellows for help then.
I suppose it´s up to them to adapt paradox patches so they fit their version.

It was the same thing with the asian version of Europe-Universalis 2.

I emailed them once asking for help but they told me to go to Paradox instead :wacko:
