Game stutters/lags

I have over 200 hours of this game without any problems, I played the game yesterday without any problems but today however, I was going to a mod (Lux Invicta) and I noticed that the sound stuttered or lagged every 2-3 second followed by a briefly freeze of the game that lasts perhaps 0,5 second. Any tips on how to fix this?

Are you saying it stutters with the mod, but not without?

Please post a dxdiag.txt (you can delete everything after the "Sound devices" section for brevity), settings.txt, system.log files (you'll need to rename the .log files to .txt to upload). Also open setup.log, search for "checksum", and paste that line only in here.
