Game still does not work, any way to rollback to last patch ?

Not to be rude or anything, but the game just does not work, I got the beta patch, I did a clean install and STILL can't play MP with my friend. The hole game just lags like hell, the first year its all fine, then BOOM constant lag like I have 2 fps.
The game never used to be like this, can I roll back a patch or wtf happend here.

The game can't be played any more, and its a darn good game, and I want to play it. can we roll back a patch, and you guys go to work on this new one agian ?

Right click EUIV in your library -> Properties -> Betas -> Pick the patch you want

Remember to disable DLC that was released after the patch you choose

In the list of steam betas, you can find the final version of each major patch since 1.3.
