Game saving video window?

Every time I open the in-game menu to save, I get a window for linking to How to Play vids. This only started this afternoon. Was this a feature that I accidently turned on or is it something new?

How do I turn this off?

It's new in the latest patch and part of a test. You've been randomly selected to experience this new feature - aren't you a lucky fellow. There is supposedly an option to turn it off somewhere, but its location has not been disclosed.

You can find some background info in this post from the horse's mouth: HOI4 Dev Diary - 1.10 'Collie', but sadly it doesn't tell you how to turn it off.
