Game Registration & Forum Problems

Hi,
I logged in today to register the HoI Complete set just purchased from Gamersgate. I was asked to merge my accounts which I did. Received the confirmation email replied and received the message merge successfull.

I was then able to register the components of the HoI complete set, but I have no access to the main forums to post. I get the message I have not registered my games when trying to follow links to patches for games I own. Top of the screen shows me logged in as well.

I seem to remember previously getting access to special sections to get patches and guides. I do not see how to access these either, possibly forgotten how. I have seen in another post you need to log in via "Paradox Account Login" but not sure how to do that as am already logged in. Don't want to log out in case I can not log in again.

I noticed in the game registration screen there is an option to register the HoI complete set, but I did not get a complete set serial from GamerGate, only individual serials for some components. How do I get the serial for the complete set, as I did not get codes for the below;
Hearts of Iron 3 : Dies Irae Götterdämmerung
Hearts of Iron 3 Stars and Stripes DLC
HoI 1 & 2 Series
Sprite Packs

Although HoI 1 & 2 are probably still registered fro an older disk based compilation.

Any help will be appreciated.

You never anwered the confirmation e-mail when signing up - look at your title between username and icons; try changing the for the forum used e-mail to something bogus and then change back to the desired one. I think that should send you a new confirmation e-mail.

It did work for me so yeah, it works quite well.

I will try ther bogus email tonight. Yesterday I treplied to two email from Paradox and received replies to both, one for the merge and another for the serials entered. Looks like there should have been another one.

Hello,

I'm new to this forums and it seems that I'm encountering a small problem. I cannot access for example the CK II MOD forum because everything is PRIVATE. I've tried to add in MyGames tab, the KEYS but also this is not working, it's keep sayin' that is INVALID KEY. I want to relief the fact that I own, CK II, EU 3 Complete (from humblebundle). I have the keys but cannot add them here on forum.

What I want is to be able to see all the threads on CK II forum.

Just in case: The keys you have been trying to register was the CD keys found on steam and not the steam keys themselfs?

they keys are the ones provided by humblebundle. So from what you are saying, I have to register the ones from STEAM, are they different from the ones from humblebundle?

The one you get from Humble is the Steam Activation key, it's nothing to do with these forums. It's only job is to give you access to the game on Steam.

Once you have that done, and installed the game, you'll see a menu item in Steam "View CD Key". That is the forum registration key that you use here.

thank you very much for your explanation since I'm at work and cannot access my STEAM client where to look for the keys I will do it later today.
