having the same problem with EU4. Registered it under "My Games", but no access to the mods-section in EU4 sub-forum. I didnt receive any email related to that.

You appear to have your e--mail confirmed, since it says Recruit under your name; you will probably need to wait for a mod to look.
Are you sure you registered EU4 base? Because only the DLCs show under your forum name.

PM me your code for EU4 base as it isn't showing in your registered games when I look. I want to look up your code to see if there is an issue.

I also have a similar problem, I have tried to register my CK2 to access the forums, but It never show up under my games, Ive tried to register it several times, I get no error message, the page just refresh, but my game dosn't pop-up. when I registred EU4 it got registered no problem. It dosn't seem to be a matter with the server needing time to update or something either since i first tried to register it about half a year ago...

Typically that means you registered the code to another forum account.

Submit the code to the Zendesk and they can see what account it is associated with or if there is an issue with the code

Look under your name; you never answered the confirmation e--mail when you signed up. In case you no longer have it you can generate a new one by changing your e--mail to something bogus and then back to the real one---though that may not be possibly without the settings so you might have messed something else up; you will need a mod to answer that.
