Dear Paradox

Having just purchased, Art or War, for EU4 from your web site, i was informed at the end of the transaction that i would have to active the game from steam. Steam have blocked my account, and now i cant download the game. Can you please see if i can get a hard copy of the game or can you please give me a refund, thanks.

A hard copy is impossible, they do not excist. You bought a DLC (DownLoadable Content). Paradox's games (as most pc games these days) are Steam exclusive. The moment you see the buy AOW page there is this message: ''Important: a Steam code will be be delivered to your email upon purchase.'' So you where informed at buying the purchase that you need steam. I think you have to go to steam to ask to unblock your account. I dont think it is possible to gey our money back. You should have know that you needed steam to play this game. Also Paradox clearly states: ''Subject to the following paragraph, Paradox Interactive does not offer refunds for Products or services purchased through the Website.'' see: https://www.paradoxplaza.com/legal-notice

Steam blocked your account????? Surely they need to transfer your purchased EU4 to your new Steam account or something. They won't just block your account and null any of your purchases..

And if you're pirating EU4, firstly you suck ass, secondly, wait for one of the 75% off sales for EU4 and buy it there it's only $10 then. And paradox deserves it.
