I agree the game is still not playable. Before the last patch I could not get more than a combat or so with an enemy player before the game would have a crash. Last night I played until a ways in, and as soon as I declared war on an enemy player the game crashed. Reproducible. Every time. Yes my game is up to date, please quit assuming that when people have crashes that their game isn't up to date. I have played a game every time a new patch is released and have yet to be able to take a single planet from an enemy (computer controlled) player successfully without a resounding game ending crash that cannot be worked around. That = unplayable. Players do not declar war on you and attack you. That makes for a boring game. If they had my game probably would have crashed much earlier, because as soon as I declared war it was crash city. I played quite a few turns to get to where I felt like declaring war, and during that run up to turn 183 or so, I crashed about 8 times. Some crashes were to desktop. Some were mars crashes with log files generated. (Posting them on the bug board when I get a chance). Crash all day, all night.
