Game not starting when launched

Hi, I'm currently experiencing a problem when going to launch prison architect on my 2020 MacBook Air m1. It used to run perfectly with no problems but once I updated it, it doesn't launch. This it what it says when I click on the launcher. Any help would be appreciated thanks. Edit: and now after restart it doesn't even launch the launcher and nothing happens when clicking play.

This may be a bug in the launcher, which seems to require MacOS 12 now. Were you at all thinking of updating MacOS? If so please do that and confirm for me that it helps, then I can report that to the developers.
