Game not responding every ten to twenty minutes

Please do; if it is something like Discord we'd have to consider that a game problem I think - although it doesn't seem likely you are th eonly person here running Discord!

I suspect it is more likely to be one of those other less common apps.

Your fix or the new update or a combination of both (im still not too sure, i'll have to further investigate) but from here on out i can take the reigns on this, thanks for all the assistance

If anyone is still having these issues, try if unplugging and reinserting your USB keyboard (and probably mice too) helps fix this issue. This seems to have fixed this issue for me.
