Game not loading past 30% and Support not user friendly.

For 3 days I have been trying to play stellaris. It initially loads to 30%, then nothing, takes up processing power but sits there like a useless pile of trash (forgive my rudeness but this entire situation is ridiculous and I should have never needed to sign up for your website). Ive verified game cache, ive run as adminisatrator, ive run directly through the application, ive deleted the Paradox folder in my my documents, ive re-installed the game... NOTHING. No fixes online, no fixes here on the forums, Your development team seems to just not care if people spent hard earned money on something they can't use, ive been seeing tons of loading issues and no fixes, to me that means Paradox only cares if you buy, not if you own. Ive even directly messaged paradox with no response. If you continue to want the communities support the you need to reciprocate and support the community. If this problem is not fixed by Monday April 3, 2017, I will require a full refund either from Paradox or Valve. Please find a solution to this problem, I love stellaris and paradox, Im just so frustrated and disappointed that one of my favorite games is now completely unplayable.

Link your game registration to your forum account and you can access the technical support area.

If you are unhappy with your experience after purchasing Stellaris and regret buying it, I recommend you check with your retailer to see if you can get a refund, if they refuse you one, check the terms & conditions of the sale, as well as your local laws to see if you have any consumer rights that override limitations you may have signed up to.

Paradox can not refund you, as you did not do business with them (unless you purchased directly from their online store).

The reason I bring a refund up to paradox is that to receive a refund paradox must inform the retailer that its product is not working properly that way the retailer is absolutely sure that its not a scam. Without paradox informing the retailer that the product they are currently selling may have problems then the retailer is not going to issue a refund. and im currently linking my steam account, I really hope this isn't for nothing

Now that you've synced with steam, post in the tech support forum with the exacts of the issue and slightly less attitude and the check sum if possible (there should be a style guide in that forum). I will point out that it is currently the weekend and that the devs will almost assuredly not get back until Monday at the earliest so your arbitrary time requirement might not be met, though not out of any malice.
