Game No longer tells me when my diplomats have finished improving relations

At launch diplomats would auto quit when they had maxed out relations (100 for normal or 200 for vassal). At the last patch it gives you an option to recall diplomat or keep them there. Now I get no notification at all they just stay there until I manually dismiss them. I guess I clicked on something I shouldn't have. Can anyone help me fix it?

Go to Menu > Message Settings and workout the problem from there.

Did you tag switch in your current game? If so try save/re-loading.

Nothing in message settings worked, I'd tried that. I had switched tags, not sure if I saved reloaded after, will see if the problem goes away when I boot back up, thanks.

I noticed it no longer tells me when I've maxed relations out when it's a vassal/protectorate/PU partner but in all other cases it does tell me and asks me to recall or maintain.

You can get some funny stuff if you move your capitol while they're in transit too, but overall it should still work unless you've disabled it.

Tag-switching does cause an issue, which is fixed with save/reload.
