Game Loads in Wrong Resolution: Unplayable

Hi

I have CKII from steam. It worked great on my old computer. But on my new computer it loads with a resolution that is far too big for my screen, so that i can only see the top left part of the screen. I can't even access settings or any of the other menu options. Any way I can fix this?

Re-installing did nothing and I tried changing into windowed mode in Documents/settings.txt without any luck

Probably you have your Windows fonts set to 150%, which makes the launcher's Play button go off the screen. Either set them to 125%

OR

right-click on ck2game.exe and and select "Properties". Click on the "Compatibility" tab, and under "Settings", check the box next to "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings".
