Game loading time looks infinite

Hi,

I'm meeting a problem I've never got with my game.
When I launch it, everything is good until the blazon loading.

At this time, the loading bar does not progress anymore.
I've waited for 15 minutes and tried three times but there is something wrong.

I play on CK2 with the mod CK2+.
Steam was downloading an update just before.

CK2+ won't be compatible with the new patch. Try running the game without the mod.
