Game Issues :/

Hi this is my first thread here and i only got the game recently but I have been having some problems. The first happened when the internet went down at my house and I tried to play the game and it would not allow me too. If this is a issue that has been fixed I would like to know how. The second is that I downloaded the patch for the game and after I installed the game it would say error and not load. I uninstalled the game and have not put it back on yet because I want to know if maybe I messed up on it and I should do something different next time to not have this problem. When I did the patch it asked me if I wanted to replace some files and I did say yes since I figured these were being updated. If that was the issue let me know. Thanks for any advice you might have guys.

Thankfully no, XP home edition at the moment. The game ran just fine before those two issues.

Well, it doesn't require internet access to run, so it's not that. And you should replace the files, so it's not that. I'd suggest registering the game by typing the game code into My Games/Registrations and then asking in the Tech Support forum.

ok that sounds good. I thought the internet thing was not a real issue but I figured I would ask to be safe. I will try the patch again but if i get problems i will try techsupport.
