I currently am the count of Osterreich, and the game refuses to let me select the province, when I click it, nothing happens. Any solution to this?

Let's have a bit of context please. When you say "the game refuses to let me select the province" you can select other provinces, just not that exact one? Or you can select some but not others? Or you can select none at all?
If you start a fresh game as that count, can you do it then? Is it just this one save game that has the problem?
What version and checksum show on the main game menu? Are you using any mods?

Have you left the window at any time.. alt-tab, multiple workspaces, whatever?
There's a known issue a lot of us are facing that we lose the ability to select provinces for any reason. The current "fix" is to restart the game... but the dev team is looking into it now according to the moderator in my report who also pointed to a few other threads that have the exact same issue.
My friend and I friend both use Windows 7 and we have the same issue on CK2. It is not a save-exclusive problem and restarting might temporarily fix it, but it comes up within an hour (at least for me). I can use the find title feature to fix it for a *single* province at a time, but it only fixes for a short bit, then it can't be selected via the cursor anymore.
