Game gets laggy and interface becomes transparent.

Hi!

I'm using the newest version of CK2 and playing with the Prince and the Thane mod (I can't really imagine playing CK2 without it!).

After about 10-15 minutes of gametime, the interface starts being transparant and even later starts developing these black spots. The game starts slowing down as well, and even simple things like a quicksave take me a 2 min wait to get done.

I'm thinking this is a RAM issue, but I have 4gb of RAM, and I am using Windows 7 x64. I can run most modern games at high settings.

I was told you have to set CK2 to use more RAM than it does.

I thought this was covered in the mod installation notes?

you can use cff explorer (Google it). Run it as administrator, open ck2.exe. click on file header then click click here. check more than 2gb memory, and save file.
