Game Freezes on a certain date

Just recently got EUR VV 2.1 and was into a really interesting game when it freezes permanently on certain date (July 11 493 AUB ((obv. not imp.))).

I can't find the "technical support" fora and I have a very good PC; tons of RAM etc.

So if you can help me in any way please do.

I had the same problem. Go back to an earlier save game three or more months back in time. Then it shouldn't freeze anymore.

Best I have is an oldautosave; and it worked...for only 10 more days then the same thing happened.

Sounds like the old noculture bug. Save your game, go to the save file and search for "noculture" (no quotes), let us know if you find anything.

yes it occurs twice; only in the naming of army groups;

I've the same problem like Heinz@Guderian, the same freeze on a certain date.
Within the savegame "noculture" occurs twice, too.

Furthermore I recognized, that the problem occur immediately after an event of an AI-player, called something like "militray service leads to civil rights".

Is there anyone how can help us?
