Game freezes at startup (Game Pass)

Hey

So I got Imperator Rome through Xbox Game Pass. I have not been able to get into Imperator Rome though, as while the launcher appears fine, whenever I click the Play button it will sometimes load the splash screen and then one of the loading screens, or will take its time and then load one of the loading screens.
After that it will stop responding, as the swirling loading icon in top right stands still and nothing happens. When I click a few times with left mouse button I will then get the "imperator.exe has stopped working" error message window. I have tried letting it go, and it took ten minutes before I decided to stop.

I have tried running it Full screen, borderless windowed, and Windowed. Also tried different refresh rates. Still get the same issue.

I assume CK2, HOI4, EU4 and Stellaris run okay on this machine?

May as well update that nVidia driver:

Also if you have the MSI Gaming App installed, disable it as it clashes with this game.

CK2 works fine on Steam.
EU IV starts up fine on Xbox Game Pass.

Stellaris though has the same problem as Imperator Rome with Xbox Game Pass, but works fine in Steam.
So might be something with Xbox Game Pass and some Paradox games.

And updated Geforce drivers, although had these issues since November. Don't got MSI Gaming App at all.

Please attach your Documents/Paradox/Imperator/pdx_settings.txt.
From your Documents/Paradox/Imperator/logs/ folder, attach system.log , error.log , exceptions.log

And if I can get the same files for Stellaris please.
