Game failing to recognise rightclicks (mouse and keypad) 2.2/No Charlemange

So, I loaded up the new game and started as a norse pagan tribe. I found that I was unable to rightclick on people's portraits to bring up the character/diplo screens. Figuring this to be a change that came with the patch, I declared war on a nearby tribe. I found that I could not move the armies, and save, quit, reload did nothing to help. I started a new game, and via the console and bouncing around the relevant rulers, gave the zunist character his duchy. I still could not move armies. At this stage, I was quite frustrated and annoyed, but had not realised that the game was not registering any right-clicks. That realisation came when I could not rightclick on an owned city to create a mayor.

On a mac? Try it in windowed or borderless modes.

I get this periodically with my Naga Hex and mechanical keyboard CMStorm but in Diablo 3. I usually just restart the computer at that stage, simply relaunching the game doesn't fix this for me either. I haven't had it happen in CK2 but with only 16 hours played this week after a year absence, I haven't tested this out much.

This is a known issue and a fix for it should be on the way with the next patch. As Summercat wrote, change the game to borderless or windowed mode to work around the issue for now (if you are using a mac that is). And sorry for the inconveniance.

Gah, doesn't seem to fix in borderless mode and windowed cuts off the bottom of my screen.

The new Open Beta patch fixes this...or well it should.
Aside from that you can also slightly change your settings.txt as i do. So for 1920x1080 in Windowed, i changed the values to 1910x1070. Edit as you see fit.
