I was playing France and denied the Rhineland and got into an early war with Germany. I had the communist rebels on the ropes and was into Germany but ran out of fuel.
A sudden flashed message and I am on the Game end screen and can't figure out what happened. Does no fuel mean surrender?
How do I review messages from the end game screen to see what happened??
