Hey Nicolochi, sorry to hear about this issue. What platform are you playing on? Steam/Microsoft Store/GoG? Did it work before?
First, I suggest trying to load it while offline; see if it is related to cloud saves.
Then, does it create a log in Documenten\Paradox Interactive\Age of Wonders Planetfall\Logs? If so, could you send that to logs@triumphstudios.com?
Finally, does it crash eventually or do you have to close the game through task manager? A crash might give a .tcd file that we can track if you give us the name (shows in crash reporter).
