Game doesn't occupy all the screen

When I launch the game, whatever resolution I have, sides of screen are black tiles. The game itself occupy just 2/3 of the screen.

I tried to apply what is suggested for playing with windows 8 but I have windows 10 and it is not working.

It seems to be not so big deal but the map itself is a bit stretched.

I am having the same problem in Windows 10 on a surface book. It is unplayable since most of the game is off screen. I also tried the Win 8 tips to no avail.
