I'm a huge fan of this game and I appreciate the effort your studio have put into it. I like the thorough approach you hold on to: historicity of every aspect, variability in gameplay, in mechanics etc. And of course, by the following I do not mean to say that the game is bad or poorly designed. It's just a piece of advice how you can improve it and expand the range of potential players.

First, I should admit that the game leaves me frustrated every time I play it. Usually I choose major countries such as Ottomans or Portugal and very easy difficulty. Every time I end up with war being declared by every single neighbour. It seems impossible to conquer the world with such mechanics as AE and too high annexation cost. Plus, it seems unhistorical that country which is fully occupied by player cannot be annexed within one war. For example, in real history Ottomans annexed Mamluks just within 2 years, but the game demands at least 4-5 wars with several truces between them to do that. Thus, the conquest of Mamluks extends to at least 1 century. So, there are too many parameters artificially keeping a player away from expansion.

Second, I think that the game surely needs an easier mode for players who don't want to spend a lot of time learning how to play it because they study or/and work a lot (as me). This could be done, for example, by adding super easy difficuty or changing very easy's settings. Current bonuses are surely not enough to make game more comfortable to play for non-hardcore gamers. Plus, there are players who don't see overcoming difficulties as the main source of enjoyment. Yes, the mostly widespread type of player is achiever (obviously, players who see achievements as the main source of enjoyment), but there are people who like exploring more than anything else. Well, I think, I'm that kind of person and I don't like when the game puts too much pressure to me. Usually if any game is too difficult, I use cheats to avoid this pressure or just stop playing the game. But it only works well with action/FPS type of games which have plot.

And the opposite, in case of EU4 just making infinite amount of money or manpower has the same effect as previously described pressure: players just loose interest. So, there's need to be a balanced setting for non-hardcore players.

Which parameters do I propose to change? Except AE and annexation cost I mentioned above, I think it would be better to add small buffs to such things as income, core-creation cost, manpower per month, manpower limit, raising governing capacity, simplifying battle parameters' system etc. for player.

I hope you will consider this and add the following features for players who don't find enjoyment in challenging games. Thank you for your attention!

Sure, thats the whole point. Otherwise the game would be boring. Looking at you Imperator Rome!

Plus, there are players who don't see overcoming difficulties as the main source of enjoyment. Yes, the mostly widespread type of player is achiever (obviously, players who see achievements as the main source of enjoyment), but there are people who like exploring more than anything else.
What is it you want to explore? Can you describe this? because your statement is currently pretty vague.

I think my question to you would be why do you need the game to progress fast? Why not explore the intricacies of governing your nation, trade, diplomacy and exploration at a slow pace? Would that not be exactly what you are seeking?
When I started playing this game years ago I also had difficulty getting into it because of the enormous learning curve. I started and stopped about 4 times but eventually I got it and I have been hooked ever since. Most enjoyable game I have ever played! (maybe Anno series is even better?)

From my experience getting into EU4 is not that difficult. I never played a Paradoxgame before, got in contact with EU4 on Youtube and watched one LetsPlay series there. After that I bought the game (only Vanilla without DLCs) and I didn't had any problems. First run I did without Ironman so that I was able to savescum a few times when doing critical mistakes. After that I bought DLCs (were only 4 or 5 at that time) and started Ironman. At the beginning with easy countries like Castille, Ottomans etc., later harder ones.

A few advices for beginners from my side:
- Don't try to make your runs "perfect". That's simple not possible (random factors in the game) and even without rng it is the same with most other games. For a lot of situations and decisions in EU4 experience help to estimate if a action is doable or not because after a few runs you know possible consequences and events better
- Play on slow speed (2 or 3) at the beginning. You simply recognize more whats going on, can think longer about possible consequences and can therefore react better and smarter. Pause the game before important decisions like starting wars and check alliances and diplomatic relations of rivals, possible enemies. Take a look on there army and fleet statistics in the ledger. In general: take your time. Eu4 is not designed to make a play-through in one weekend or even one evening
- Be patient: from 1444 to 1821 is a long time to achieve your goals. You don't need to fulfill everything at once.
- If you a have any uncertainties, go to Eu4 wiki and read and learn about it
- Make backups of your saves: When playing Ironman you can copy the save files to a folder somewhere on your PC. When loosing a war, end eu4, copy your savefile back and try again. This is of course questionable while earning achievements because its working around Ironman as it was intended. But this method is quite widespread in EU4-community.
- Do not start with Achievements or similar goals which are marked as hard, very hard or insane in the eu4wiki. These are not for beginners. Trying to make world conquest in your 3rd save will end in frustration with 100% guarantee.
- If you really want "very easy mode": Switch off Ironman and use the console to get additional monarch power, money, manpower, clear AE whatsoever (console commands are in Eu4wiki). But this shouldn't be necessary. Just setting game difficulty to "very easy" already gives a wide range of bonuses to the player. Another way using the console for beginners is "optimising" your starting possition in 1444 by inheriting some neighboring countries via console commands
