Game crashing on start up

Hello, I bought the new DLC(when it come out), after that. I never got to play the game.
It crash on start up.
The game work on "-noworkshop" "Nomods"
I just my game to work with mods/asset. But i dont know what mods/asset that make the game crash.
Please help me.
