Game crashing on launch [Epic]

Hi, I'm getting this error when I try to start the game:

This is a very unusual one. All the errors and the crash stack are in EPic software in that log. Is your Epic client up to date? Does it run other games okay?

Has this game ever run for you, or never yet?

I tried to open another game on Epic client, it worked well.

The game has never opened, always crashes.

The thing is the crash is entirely in their software:

EOSSDK-Win64-Shipping.dll caused an Access Violation (0xc0000005)
in module EOSSDK-Win64-Shipping.dll at 0033:e712a4d1.

Every single line there is Epic! Yet of course other players use the Epic version just fine.

Is your Epic client up to date? You're not in an old or a new beta version of their client?

There is no seen update of Epic client and I'm not in an old or a beta version. I don't know what the problem is. :/

One of those lines say Invalid Login - can you log into the Epic client okay?

Yes, I can login without any trouble.

Hmmm. Can you see if Epic has a procedure to do a clean reinstall of their client? I can't think of what else to suggest, to be honest!
